摘　　要：连锁企业配送中心的信息系统是由其各子系统相互关联、相互协作地组成的一个整体.本文提出连锁企业配送中心的信息系统有三个层面的职能渗透其中,即战略层面、控制决策层面和运营层面.其中战略层面是信息系统的最高一层,控制决策层面主要探索解决问题的程序和各种可能的方法,运营层面指信息系统涉及的每天或者每小时都要频繁进行的业务活动的层面.本文还分析了连锁企业配送中心信息系统的这三个层面的投入回报有着极大的不同.The information system of chain enterprise distribution center is made up of its subsystems which correlate to and cooperate with each other.This paper puts forward that there are three function levels of the information system,which are strategic level,decision-making level and operational level.Strategic level is the highest level in the information system.The decision-making level seeks possible programs and solutions to various problems.The operational level involves business activities which are performing frequently every day even every hour.The paper emphasizes that the reward and investment of three levels differ greatly.
