摘　　要：人才培养模式的创新与实践近年来一直是高等教育系统关注的焦点和研究的热点。本文结合福建工程学院建筑工程管理类专业十多年来应用型人才培养的发展状况和经验总结,从更新教育观念、产学合作新机制、深化教学改革、学生实践性创新性能力培育、与国际接轨的教育新模式等方面论述建筑工程管理类专业应用型人才培养模式的创新与实践,以期为同类院校专业的人才培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。Innovation and practice of talent training model has been an attention focus and research focus in higher education system recently.This paper introduces decade of development and experience of application-oriented talent training in Engineering Management Department of Fujian University of Technology.According to this,Training Model for application-oriented construction engineering management talents is discussed from several aspects,such as updating education conception,building new mechanism of industry-academia cooperation,deepening educational reform,cultivating students practical innovation capabilities,a new model of education integrated to international practice,and so on.This research will provide some references for similar institutions.
