高掺量粉煤灰矿渣水泥的研究

摘　　要：利用粉煤灰和矿渣双掺并借助活性增强剂研制了粉煤灰矿渣水泥。其凝结时间、早强性能及后期强度均达国标425#水泥的要求，废渣总利用率达60％，生产成本降低，具有良好的社会经济效益。研究了活性增强剂类型及掺量、灰渣比和水泥分散度对粉煤灰矿渣水泥性能的影响。The fly ash blast cement is developed by adding fly ash, blast and activestrengthening agent. Its setting time, high - early strength and post - strength all meet the re-quirement of Chinese Standard 425 # cement. The overall utilization of debris reaches 60% andproduction cost lowers with excellent social and economic benefits. The influence of the typeand amount of active strengthening agent, cement - blast ratio and cement dispersity have beenstudied to the property of fly ash blast cement.
