心钠素C664G基因多态性与心肌肥厚的关系

摘　　要：目的研究中国南方汉族人群中人类心钠素(hANP)基因C664G多态性与原发性高血压心肌肥厚的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者72例,采用心脏超声检查分为高血压组(51例)和心肌肥厚组(21例),常规检测血压、体重指数、空腹血糖、血脂,采用基因芯片技术检测ANP C664G基因的多态性,观察CC、GG和CG不同基因型以及该位点C、G不同等位基因频率在高血压组和心肌肥厚组中的分布。结果高血压组患者C664G CC、CG和GG基因型频率分别为0.627、0.098、0.275,心肌肥厚组CC、CG和GG基因型频率分别为0.286、0.095、0.619,GG基因型在两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心钠素C664G基因多态性与原发性高血压心肌肥厚的发生有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP） C664G gene polymorphism and cardiac hypertrophy in the southern Chinese Han population with essential hypertension. Methods 72 cases of essential hypertension patients were divided into hypertension group（51cases） and cardiac hypertrophy group（21cases） by cardiac echocardiography,whose blood pressure,body mass index（BMI）,fasting blood glucose,blood fat were routinely measured.Performed by gene chip technology,the genotypes of ANP C664G were measured and the frequency of C、G allele were investigated.Results The frequency of C664G CC、CG、GG genotype in hypertension group respectively was 0.627,0.098,0.275,while in cardiac hypertrophy group it respectively was 0.286,0.095,0.619.A significant difference in GG genotype between two groups was observed（P0.05）.Conclusions The polymorphism of ANP C664G gene is related with cardiac hypertrophy in essential hypertension.
