摘　　要：介绍高效预应力混凝土技术在贵阳第二长途电信枢纽工程１２ｍ 跨楼盖设计和施工中的应用，针对该工程采用外筒内框的结构形式，详细介绍了无粘结预应力的主要施工工艺。This paper introduces the application of the efficient prestressed concrete technique in the design and construction of the 12m span floors in the Guiyang Second Long distance Telecommunication Control Building project. It details the major construction procedure of the prestress without bond in view of the tube out frame in structural style used in this project.
