摘  要:基于蒙脱石层间域二维纳米空间厚度的可扩展性,采用有机插层、单体引入及原位聚合法,制备了聚苯胺/蒙脱石纳米复合材料,利用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DSC、SEM和四探针电阻率测量仪等研究了复合材料的结构、热性能和导电性能,并讨论了复合机理。结果表明,当m(OM)/m(An)<0.3时,苯胺单体原位聚合后,蒙脱石晶层被充分剥离,复合材料的热稳定性提高;当有机蒙脱石与苯胺的质量比为0.09时,所制得纳米复合材料的电导率最大达到2.34S/cm。Based on the interlayer space of montmorillonite being a two-dimensional nano-space and its expansible thickness,polyaniline/montmorillonite nanocomposite materials were prepared by using the methods of organic-intercalation,inserting of the aniline monomer and in-situ polymerization.Structures,thermal stabilities,conductivity and synthesis mechanisms of nanocomposite materials samples were investigated by using XRD,FTIR,TG-DSC,SEM and four-point resistance probes instruments.The results showed that layers of montmorillonite samples were peeled off and dispersed after in-situ polymerization of aniline monomer in the interlayer space when the weight ratio of organic-intercalation montmorillonite and aniline was lower than 0.3.Compared with pure polyaniline,the heat stability of samples was high.The highest conductivity of nanocomposite reached 2.34 S/cm when the weight ratio of organic-intercalation montmorillonite and aniline was 0.09.
