摘 要:利用N235煤油H2SO4NaOH化学萃取反萃取体系和化学氧化法处理高浓度吐氏酸(2aminonaphthalenesulfonicacid)废液,建成处理能力为67m3/d的废液资源回收综合处理装置。运行结果表明,废液经萃取后CODCr由15000mg/L~20000mg/L降低到721mg/L~1503mg/L。回收的浓缩液中主要成分为吐氏酸与羟基吐氏酸,可直接回用到生产工艺中,提高产品回收率约10%,取得显著的环境与经济效益。A comprehensive recovery treatment plant with capacity of 67 cubic meters per day has been established to treat high concentrated Tobias acid (2 amino naphthalene sulfonic acid) wastewater. The facility is composed of N 235 kerosene H 2SO 4 NaOH chemical extraction stripping system and chemical oxidation process. The running results show that COD Cr of wastewater can be dropped from 15 000~20 000 mg/L to 721~1 503 mg/L by extraction process. The main compounds in the thickened liquor are Tobias acid and 2 hydroxynaphthalene sulfonic acid and could directly be back to appropriate unit of the producing process to recover useful substances. This method can prove the rate of conversion by 10%. So, the treatment system has significant economic and environmental benefits.
