摘　　要：该工程从构思到建成都以环境为出发点和归宿点。回顾这一设计的缘起、理念、过程 ,分析其特色 ,从中可见设计者所遵循的一些创作意念。The environment is both the start point and the end point of this project from the conception to the accomplishment all the while. This article reviews something about the design proposal like the origin, ideas, process,and analyses its characteristics, in which the design intention followed by the designers is manifested.
