摘  要:目的:测定野生与栽培川西獐牙菜中3种有效药用成分,即龙胆苦苷、芒果甙和齐墩果酸的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法分离和测定川西獐牙菜中龙胆苦苷、芒果甙和齐墩果酸的含量.流动相:甲醇-水-0.5%乙酸(25∶75∶0.8)、甲醇-0.5%乙酸(25∶75)和甲醇-水(90∶10);检测波长:270nm、254nm和215nm;流速:1.0mL/min;进样量:10μL.结果:栽培川西獐牙菜中龙胆苦苷、芒果甙和齐墩果酸含量与野生种基本相同.结论:栽培川西獐牙菜完全可以代替野生种.Aim: Three kinds of effectively medical component such as oleaolic acid,mangiferin and gentiopicroside of artificial and wild Swertia mussotii Franch were determined.Method: The content of oleaolic acid,mangiferin and gentiopicroside of Swertia mussotii Franch were separated and determined by HPLC.The conditions of HPLC were as follows: mobile phase,methanol-water-0.5(25:75:0.8),methanol-0.5(25:75) and methanol-water(90∶10);detectived wave length,270nm,254nm and 215nm;flowing rate,1.0mL/min;injection volume,10μL.Result: The content of oleaolic acid,mangiferin and gentiopicroside of wild and artificial Swertia mussotii Franch was the same.Conclusion: The wild Swertia mussotii Franch was completely replaced by the artificial one.
