摘　　要：根据房地产市场的非均衡性,应用蛛网理论建立动态重复博弈模型.该模型在需求函数为非线性的前提下,考虑土地价格对商品房供应的影响,研究了市场参与者通过调整供给价格的重复博弈过程.给出了系统均衡点的稳定区域,同时分析了不同参数组合条件下系统表现出来的分岔、混沌等复杂性态.A dynamic repeated game model is established in non-balanced real estate market.Considering the impact of land price on house supply,the repeated game process about players＇ modulating price is analyzed under the condition that demand function is nonlinear.In these circumstances the stable area for system equilibrium points is given.The complex characters displayed by this model,such as bifurcation,chaos are analyzed by using the chaotic dynamic theory.
