摘　　要：随着固网软交换对长途话务IP分流的推进,中国电信长途交换网络正朝着全IP、扁平化的架构演进,最终DC2局上承载的话务和业务将全部由软交换设备代替而实现DC2局的退网。从网络安全、可行性及必要性等方面就DC2局的退网改造进行分析。With more toll traffic distributed to softswitch on ip in the fixed network,the frame oflong-distance exchangenetwork of china telcom is gettingclosed to full-ip and flat.In long term,all the traffics andservices on DC2 will been replaced by the softeswitchand DC2 be withdrawned.Here the withdrawn of dc2 network is discussed in the network security,feasibility and necessity based on softswitch.
