深化泉台高等教育交流与合作的对策

摘　　要：近年来,泉州与台湾的高等教育交流与合作日益频繁,呈现出合作领域拓宽、合作项目众多、合作模式多样等特点.但泉台高等教育交流与合作还存在合作渠道不够畅通、层次有待提高等问题.因此,设立交流合作专项基金,促进双方有关管理部门间的合作,创新联合培养人才模式,应是当前深化泉台高教交流合作的主要对策.Higher education exchange and cooperation becomes increasingly frequent recently,and has the characteristic of broadening cooperation field,more cooperation projects and various cooperation models.In general,the problems of higher education exchange and cooperation in Quanzhou and Taiwan,such as inadequate cooperation channel and level that should be improved,still exist.The main countermeasures of higher education exchange and cooperation in Quanzhou and Taiwan are as followed：setting up special funds for exchange and cooperation,promoting interdepartmental cooperation of both sides,reforming the co-culture talents model.
