信息时代高校学报的发展

摘　　要：针对高校学报编辑、期刊管理人员及科研人员对高校学报的困惑,就高校学报的历史作用及现状进行了分析.结果表明,高校学报在科学发展史上发挥了3大作用:对高校教学科研的促进作用,培养高科技人才的作用,学术交流的桥梁与纽带作用.高校学报具有特殊的功能和其他科技学术期刊不可替代的作用.当前发展高校学报应将思考的着力点集中于如何以学术交流与人才培养为立足点和出发点,通过理念与机制创新来充分发挥高校学报的功能.The present study analyzed the historical values and the current situation of journals sponsored by universities,which received much confusion from editors,management personnel and academic groups.The result suggested that these journals had three major historical contributions,which were promoting the research and teaching activities for universities,cultivating the qualified researchers,and bridging and connecting for academic communities.The journal sponsored by universities had special functions and non-substitutable values comparing to normal academic journals.The present analyses recommended to focusing on academic communication and academic training,and promoting the functions of the journal sponsored by universities through new ideas and managements.
