摘 要:建立了涡流管能量分离效率测试的实验系统,以水蒸汽为可凝组分的代表,通过对比含湿空气和干空气2种介质下的实验结果,研究了可凝组分的存在对涡流管能量分离效率的影响。得出可凝组分会显著降低涡流管的能量分离效率,但不会影响其能量分离规律;分析了涡流管关键结构参数和操作参数对能量分离效率的影响,得出了长径比、压比ε和冷流率θ对涡流管温度效率ηT、绝热效率η和制冷效率COP的影响规律。An experimental platform was set up to test the energy separation efficiency of the vortex tube.The influence of condensable gas component on the energy separation efficiency of the vortex tube was investigated by comparing the experimental results of moist air and pure air,with water vapor as the representative of condensable gas component.The results showed that the existence of condensable gas component could remarkably decrease the energy separation efficiency,but had little effect on the energy separation principles.In addition,the influences of key structural and operational parameters of vortex tube on the energy separation efficiency were also analyzed,based on which the effects of length diameter ratio,pressure ratio ε and cold flow rate θ were obtained.
