牛磺脱氧胆酸钠镇咳祛痰抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 研究牛磺脱氧胆酸钠的镇咳、祛痰和抗炎作用。方法 将牛磺脱氧胆酸钠及其对照药物灌胃给药，观察牛磺脱氧胆酸钠对氨水引咳小鼠的镇咳作用，同时观察该药对小鼠气管内注入酚红溶液的排泄，小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足肿胀方面的药理作用。结果４００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 牛磺脱氧胆酸钠可明显抑制氨水刺激所致小鼠咳嗽，延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期，增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量，对二甲苯致小鼠耳朵肿胀有显著的抑制作用；此外，１５０ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 牛磺脱氧胆酸钠可明显抑制角叉莱胶引起的大鼠足肿胀。结论 牛磺脱氧胆酸钠具有明显的镇咳、祛痰和抗炎作用。ObjectiveTo explore the antitussive,expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of sodium taurodeoxycholate.MethodsAntitussive,expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of sodium taurodeoxycholate were studied pharmacologically in experimental animals.Sodium taurodeoxycholate was administered intragastrically.The antitussive effect of the drug on the mouse which coughed by ammonia water was observed.Simultaneously the pharmacological effects on phenol red excretion,auricular swelling and carrageenin paw edema were evaluated.ResultsSodium taurodeoxycholate(ig,400 mg/kg)markedly inhibited coughing by ammonia water,prolonged cough latency,increased excretion of phenol red in mice tracheas and decreased swelling of the auriculae by xylene.In addition,sodium taurodeoxycholate could inhibite the edema of rat hindpad elicited by carrageenin at a dose of 150 mg/kg.ConclusionSodium taurodeoxycholate has significant antitussive,expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects and may be one of the effective constituents in natural snake bile.
