停用雷公藤糖浆精子密度可复性调查

摘　　要：目的 分析服用及停用雷公藤糖浆后患者精子密度的变化及生育恢复情况。方法 采用ＷＨＯ 的标准，对３３ 例服用雷公藤糖浆的强直性脊柱炎患者的精液进行分析，并调查和随访其生育情况。结果 服药期间，３３例患者精液检查均有精子密度为零或接近零的记录；停药１２０ ｄ（４ 个月） 以上，精子密度均见显著提高；３３ 例雷公藤糖浆服用者中，１３ 例的妻子有孕育史。结论 雷公藤糖浆可致男性精子密度降低至零。ObjectiveTo analyze changes of sperm density and fertility recovery in administration and upon cessation of Tripterygium Wilford Syrup (TWS).MethodsAccording to WHO criteria of sperm analysis ,sperm samples from 33 TWS takers with ankylosing spondylitis were analyzed and the subjects were followed up to study their fertility outcome.ResultsOn administration of TWS, sperm density (count) of the 33 takers dropped to zero or nearly zero. Over 120 days after cessation of the drug, the sperm density in the 33 subjects increased remarkably. Of the TWS takers, 13 have born of children upon TWS cessation .ConclusionTWS could result in decrease of sperm count,even to zero, but fertility was able to recover after cessation of the drug.
