摘  要:Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3(BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷,以其良好的电学性能和较高的居里温度等特点而倍受关注.近年来,对该体系陶瓷材料进行研究的报道越来越多.本文结合近年有关BNT基无铅压电陶瓷的报道,从离子掺杂,外掺氧化物及添加烧结助剂三个方面介绍了最新研究进展,并展望了BNT基压电陶瓷的发展趋势.Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3(BNT)-based lead free piezoelectric ceramics,as one of the most important lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,have been attracted many attentions from researchers because of their superior piezoelectric properties and high Curie temperature.Recently,many reports have been focused on the BNT-based piezoelectric ceramics.According to the reports of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics in recent years,the current progresses of BNT-based ceramics were summarized and reviewed in this paper with emphasizes on the ion modification,oxides addition and sintering aids introduction of the ceramics. Finally,the future prospect of BNT based piezoelectric ceramics was predicted.
