益智仁乙醇提取物对乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠EGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益智仁乙醇提取物对乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠的作用,并初步探讨其促进溃疡愈合的机制。方法建立大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡模型,观察益智仁乙醇提取物对大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡的作用;采用免疫组化染色法,观察益智仁乙醇提取物对大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡黏膜EGF表达的影响。结果 AOF能明显促进大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡的愈合,溃疡愈合率可达到62.5%;AOF能明显促进大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡边缘组织EGF的表达。结论 AOF能明显促进大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡的愈合,其机制可能与溃疡边缘组织EGF的表达有关。Objective To explore the effects and its mechanism of Extract from Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.fruit.Methods The anti-ulcer effects of AOF were evaluated using acetic acid erosion and the expression of EGF were detected by immunohistochemistry（SP）.Results AOF significantly accelerated healing of the gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid.The cure rate of the gastric ulcer was 62.5% by high dose of AOF.AOF significantly increased the epidermal growth factor EGF of para-ulcer mucosa tissue.Conclusion AOF significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing and accelerate the ulcer healing by suppressing the expression of EGF.
