摘　　要：民办高校是中国高等教育的重要组成部分，在发展过程中面临着巨大挑战，培育核心竞争力是迎接挑战的最佳选择。核心竞争力是民办高校新的增长点，民办高校在核心竞争力形成过程中存在着较多的制约因素。探讨我国民办高校核心竞争力的培育策略十分必要。以期为民办高校的发展战略提供新思路。Private university is an important part of higher education in China. Faced with enormous challenges in the development process, cultivating core competence becomes the best choice for the private universities The core competence is a new growth point of Private Colleges, however, there exist some restrictive factors during the formation of core competence. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the cultivating strategies of core competence so as to provide clear references for the development of private universities.
