摘  要:文章对橡胶水泥砂浆的隔热性能进行了研究,结果表明:橡胶的粒度和掺量、砂浆的水灰比、试样的养护方式等因素都对其隔热性能产生了影响。加入橡胶后水泥砂浆的导热系数会减少,其中以混合胶粉的改性效果最好:其导热系数较其他三种粒度的胶粉砂浆为最低。随着橡胶掺量的增加,其隔热效果也在增强,导热系数越来越低,但当掺量值达到40%时,导热系数值为最少。砂浆的水灰比不同,其隔热效果也有很大区别,水灰比为0.5时,导热系数最低。In this paper rubber cement mortar of insulating performance is studied,and the result shows that rubber size and admixture,mortar water-cement ratio,sample maintenance way all influence its heat-proof quality.After joining the rubber,the coefficient of heat conductivity will decrease,of which the coefficient of thermal conductivity with mixed powder modified effects is the best: the coefficient of thermal conductivity compared with other three kinds of powder is the lowest.Along with the increase of rubber admixture,the adiabatic effect is also increasing,and coefficient of thermal conductivity is lowerand lower.However,when mixed vector-valued achieves 40%,coefficient of thermal conductivity value of is the east.When mortar water-cement ratio is different,its insulation effect is also quite different,and when water-lime ratio reaches 0.5,the coefficient of thermal conductivity is the lowest.
