摘 要:根据再生骨料的堆积密度、压碎指标、针片状颗粒含量和微粉含量,将用于制作建筑垃圾再生砖的再生骨料分为3类,研究了采用3类再生骨料制作的再生砖的抗压性能、干燥收缩性能和冻融试验等.结果表明,通过对再生骨料进行分类处理,并控制原材料、配合比和养护条件等,用Ⅰ类再生骨料生产的再生砖强度可达MU30,并且其干燥收缩率和冻融影响均较小,可用于承重墙体;用Ⅲ类再生粗、细骨料生产低强度的再生砖,可用于非承重填充墙.Based on the stack density of recycled aggregate,crushing index,needle and plate particle content and powder content,the recycled aggregate making the recycled brick was divided into three kinds.The compression resistant behavior,dry contractibility and performance of freeze-thaw of the recycled brick made by the three aggregates were studied.The results showed that,by classifying the recycled aggregate and controlling raw material,mixture ratio and curing condition,the strength of the recycled brick made by I-type aggregate could reach MU30.Due to the lower shrinkage during drying and less influence by freezing and thawing,it colud be used to build bearing walls.The brick made by Ⅲ-type aggregate had lower strength,which could be used to build non-bearing filling wall.
