摘 要:目的 比较2种样本管血液葡萄糖测定结果的稳定性.方法 将同一份患者标本分别置于普通真空采血管、带促凝剂分离胶真空采血管内,分别在2、4、6、8、24、48、72、96h测定血液葡萄糖,观察血液葡萄糖在2种不同采血管中及不同时间内的稳定性.结果 普通采血管血清葡萄糖明显低于带促凝剂分离胶血清葡萄搪.普通真空采血管血清葡萄糠在4h内有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义((P》0.05),在6、8、24、48h的血清葡萄糖逐渐降低,且差异有统计学意义(P《0.01).分离胶血清放置96h葡萄糖浓度没有明显变化.结论 普通真空采血管血清葡萄糖浓度可稳定4h,分离胶采血管中血清葡萄糖浓度在室温下至少可稳定96h,建议实验室使用带促凝剂分离胶采血管.Objective To compare the stability of blood glucose test result in two kind of sample vacutainers.Methods The blood sample from identical patient was laid in both common vacuum vacutainer and vacutainer with separation gel accelerator.blood glucose was tested separately in 2、4、6、8、24、48、72、96 h.the stability of blood glucose in two different kind of sample vacutainers was observed in different time.Results Blood glucose level in common vacuum vacutainer was lower than in vacutainer with separation gel accelerator.Downtrend was exist in blood glucose within 4 h in common vacuum vacutainer,the difference had no statistical significance(P0.05),and blood glucose level gradually decreased in 6、8、24、48 h,the difference had statistical significance(P0.01).The glucose level of Blood serum in vacutainer with separation gel had no significant change within 96 h.Conclusion Density of blood glucose in common vacuum vacutainer can be stable for 4 hours,and the density of blood glucose in vacutainer with separation gel can be stable for at least 96 hours with room temperature,laboratories should be suggested to use vacutainer with separation gel accelerator.
