摘　　要：通过对住宅建筑不同类型的对比分析,引出了非住宅类居住建筑的概念,针对不同类型居住建筑防火设计的特点,对高层住宅建筑入户门的设置、消防车道和消防车登高面在防火设计中应注意的问题进行了分析,提出了针对性的意见.The concept of non-residential living building was elicited by way of comparatively analyzing different types of residential building.Aiming at fire protection designing characteristics of different living buildings,some problems that should be paid attention to the fire protection design of the high-rise building entrance door,the fire-fighting passageway and the fire height-ascending surface were discussed.Meanwhile some corresponding suggestions were raised.
