91例癌相关腹泻的原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：为了提高癌症患者的生活质量，解决癌症患者外科手术后的腹泻问题，从１９９４ 年５ 月～１９９９ 年５ 月，对９１例癌相关腹泻患者进行了临床观察、护理评估、分析原因，制订护理计划，并采取了针对性护理措施。特别是加强了对腹泻患者的心理护理、肛周皮肤护理、饮食调节护理、药物治疗与护理、维持水电解质平衡与护理、加强患者的自我护理和对患者及家属的健康教育等，使患者腹泻治愈率达到７４－７３％ ，缓解率为２５－２７％ 。采取有效的护理措施，能够显著提高癌相关腹泻的治疗效果和患者的生活质量。To improve the life quality of patient with cancer-related diarrhea.From May 1994 to May 1999,ninety-one cases with cancer-related diarrhea after operation were studied on the basis of clinical observation,nursing assessment and etiological analysis.In the meantime,the nursing countermeasure were made and carried out.The emphases of nursing project were placed on psychological nursing,perianal skin care,diet-regulation,pharmacotherapy,maintenance of water-electrolyte balance and healthy education on patients and their family members.The results show that the rate of cure and remission are 74.73% and 25.27% respectively.It was concluded that,after effective nursing care,the therapeutic result and life quality of patients with cancer-related diarrhea can be improved remarkable.
