江西省农村妇产科适宜技术推广应用的评价

摘　　要：目的了解江西省农村妇产科2项适宜技术培训和推广应用的情况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对调查对象进行现场问卷调查。结果受训人员中98.96%者需要培训,对培训的组织管理工作和专家的教学满意度达100.00%;技术使用者中96.67%愿意推广该2项适宜技术、90.00%对疗效表示满意、95.56%掌握了该2项适宜技术、37.38%认为费用降低;服务对象综合满意度达96.12%,且98.83%的服务对象愿意接受该2项适宜技术的服务。结论江西省农村妇产科2项适宜技术培训和推广应用效果良好,受训人员、技术使用者、服务对象对其评价均较高。Objective To know the status of the training and application of two appropriate technologies in the gynaecology and obstetrics in rural areas of Jiangxi province.Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling,subjects were surveyed with field survey questionnaires.Results Among the trainees,98.96% needed the training,and 100.00% were satisfied with the organization and management of the training,as well as experts＇ teaching.Among the technology users,96.67% were tend to promote the two appropriate technologies,90.00% were satisfied with the curative effecst,95.56% had mastered these two skills,and 37.38% thought that the cost should be reduced.Of the service objects,96.12% were satisfied with the technologies and 98.83% were willing to accept the technologies.Conclusion The training and application of the two appropriate technologies in the gynaecology and obstetrics achieved good effects in rural areas of Jiangxi province,and the two technologies are highly evaluated by the trainees,technology users and service objects.
