摘　　要：目的探索江西省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的长效机制。方法总结江西省在农村卫生适宜技术推广应用过程中的有关长效机制的建立及所取的经验。结果建立了针对需求,追求安全、成熟、经济、有效、方便、易掌握、易接受的适宜技术科学筛选工作机制;科研项目目标管理机制;以条为主、以块为辅、条块结合的协调机制;将适宜技术培训纳入卫技人员常规培训计划,并实施三级培训的、专家逐级督导示范的培训机制;建立了行政干预、基地建设、检查督导为主的推广应用机制;建立了以指标为核心的针对筛选论证、管理、协调、培训、推广应用工作考评及终极效果评估机制;建立了科研立项、目标考核、表彰、经济奖励等经济激励机制。结论卫生适宜技术推广应用的长效机制的建设对保障适宜技术推广应用工作的健康有序发展具有重要意义。Objective To explore the persistent effect mechanism of the extension of appropriate techniques for rural health in Jiangxi province.Methods The experience gained from the establishment of persistent effect mechanism of the extension of appropriate techniques for rural health in Jiangxi province were summarized.Results A scientific screening mechanism of appropriate techniques aiming at the demand,safety,maturity,economy,efficiency,convenience,simple grasp and easy acceptance was established;A mechanism of target for management of research projects was established;A coordinated mechanism of taking the strip primarily,taking the block auxiliarilly and combining strip and block was established;A training mechanism of incorporating technique training into personnel convention training plan,implementing third-level training,and progressive supervision and demonstration of experts was established.A promotion mechanism of administrative intervention,base construction and supervision was established;An appraisal mechanism of taking the target as the core in view of screening proof,management,coordination,training,examination and ultimate effects was established;An economic incentive mechanism of scientific research project initiation,goal inspection,commendation and economic incentives was established.Conclusion The construction of persistent effect mechanism of the extension and application of appropriate techniques for rural health is important for the healthy and orderly development of the extension and application of appropriate techniques.
