摘　　要：美国《联邦民事诉讼规则》作为英美法系法典化的典型代表,在立法体例和编纂技术风格上迥异于大陆法系国家的立法。美国联邦民事诉讼规则是一部"纯化的民事诉讼法典",实用主义的程序立法思想以及判例法的传统使得其在体例结构上呈现出汇编式特点,在表现形式上采用了分立式的立法,这种法典编纂体例使其更具有可操作性、灵活性和实用性。Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is a typical code in common law system,which has some differences with the civil law country＇s codes in styles and codified techniques.The pragmatic view of procedure and the tradition of case law shape the feature of compilation style and divided legislation in their contents.This legislation styles allow the rule to have more manipulation flexibility and practicability.
