不同剂量辐射与红细胞内精脒含量的研究

摘  要:按不同地区分成研究组和对照组,采用丹酰氯薄膜层析法,检测3 ~7 岁健康儿童红细胞内的多胺含量。结果:红细胞内精胺含量较低,无法检测,红细胞内精脉在研究组和对照组中分别为0-39 ±0-08 ,0-29 ±0-08μm ol/10 9RBC,但无显著差异(t = 1-58P> 0-05) ;各组中无性别差异;与年龄呈负相关(r 分别为- 0-265 ,0-275 ,P< 0-05) 。提示:红细胞内精脓含量的变化与低剂量辐射水平不同及其所引起的兴奋效应。To investigate the relation between different low raiological levels exposure and the spermidine content in red blood cell(RBC).Method:The spermidine content in RBC was measured by Densly Cholrade reaciton and thin according the different area.Result:The spermine level in RBC was lesser and could't be etected.The spermidine content in RBC(1) of the study group and of the control group was 0 39±0 08,0 29±0 08μmol/10 9RBC,respectively,but waw not a singificantly difference in the two groups(t=1 58 P<0 05),(2)of each group was no obvious difference in sex,and (3)was a negatve linear correction with age,and r was -0 265,-0 275 respectively,P<0 05.Conclusion:the difference of the spermidine in RBC,had a part in different local environment background level and to which there was hormesis,adaptive response and individual raction.
