摘　　要：促进人的全面发展与构建和谐社会是我们党在新时期提出的两大战略目标,两者相互依赖、相互影响、相互促进。要想实现这两个战略目标,就必须深刻理解人的全面发展与和谐社会的内涵,探寻人的全面发展与构建和谐社会的内在联系,推进人的全面发展以及和谐社会的构建。Human＇ s all - round development and building harmonious society are the two strategic goals that our Party has put forward in the new period. They are inter- dependence, interaction each other, and mutual promotion. If we want to implement the two strategic goals,lt is necessary to understand the connotation of Human＇s all -round development and building harmonious society,and to research on internal relations of Human＇ s all - round development and build harmonious society.
