摘　　要：针对网络虚拟财产纠纷处理中的立法缺位、司法认定的困难以及如何定性网络虚拟财产从而更好的对其进行保护的问题.在比较和评析虚拟财产属性认定现有观点利弊得失的基础上,通过归纳网络虚拟财产的类型及其特征,提出了网络虚拟财产具有民法物权属性的观点.Since the legislation in network virtual property distribution is limited,and the judicial determination is hard to make,a better way of protecting the network virtual property should be promoted.Based on comparing and analyzing the view of merits and demerits of virtual property,through introducing the type and the feature of the network virtual property,it is pointed out that the network virtual property has the civil law property.
