摘　　要：随着社会改革开放和工业化、城市化、现代化的发展，新生代农民工市民化问题越来越成为社会关注的热点问题。以常州市样本新生代农民工的实证调查为例，从新生代农民工具有的特征及在农民向市民转变过程中所遇到的障碍等方面，对新生代农民工市民化问题做初步探讨，并提出了解决市民化问题的对策措施。With social reform and opening up and the development of industrialization, urbanization and modernization, the problem in the process of urbanization for the new generation of migrant workers has became a hot issue. On the basis of empirical investigation for the new generation of migrant workers in Changzhou, this paper discussed the problems in the process of urbanization for new generation of migrant workers from the perspectives of the features of new generation of migrant workers and the barriers for their urbanization. It still proposed the countermeasures for solution to the problems.
