摘　　要：高校学报网络化已经不是一种发展趋势,而是一种现实存在。高校学报网络化的发展,对编辑的知识结构和能力素养提出了新要求。编辑应不断提升自身综合素质,努力拥有开阔眼界与现代思维,学习并熟悉各项网络编辑技能,使网络化的优势在编辑的应用中达到最大化。同时,在网络化背景下,编辑应更加注重身心健康。The college journal networking has already become a reality instead of a mere trend.The new requirement for the editors＇ knowledge structure and ability is becoming urgent as the college journal networking develops.Editors should ceaselessly improve their own comprehensive capacity,broaden their vision and their modern thinking,study and familiarize with the various network editing skills,and maximize the networking advantages in real editing.Meanwhile,editors should care more about their physical and psychological health in face of the networking reality.
