摘 要:研究吸烟对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者体内自由基水平和α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)的影响。采用硫代巴比妥法、放射免疫法和酶标法对35例吸烟和25例非吸烟COPD患者血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、α_1-AT和α_1-酸性糖蛋白(α_1-AG)进行测定。结果显示:吸烟CDPD组血中LPO、α_1-AG明显高于非吸烟组.SOD、α_1-AT明显低于非吸烟组;吸烟组LPO和α_1-AT呈负相关(r=-0.471,P<0.01),SOD和α_1-AT呈正相关(r=0.467,P<0.01)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病存在慢性炎症,氧化作用强,抗氧化能力弱,α_1-AT活性减低。吸烟影响机体的抗氧化能力,影响肺的蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶平衡,对COPD的发生、发展有重要作用。Detecting free radicals, α_l -antitrypsin(α_1-AT)and α_1 acid glucoprotein(α_1-AG) from smoder with smoking- induced diseases. Method:35 smokers and 25 non-smokers with COPD as the study group,25 healthy non-smokers as the control group, the metabolic thiobarbituric acid method(TBA), RIA and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect the lipid peroxides(LPO), superoxide dismutase(SOD), al -AT and α_1-AG. Results: In the blood of smokers with COPD group LPO,α_1-AG were significantly higher than non-smokers with COPD group,but the SOD and α_1-AT contents, . were significantly lower. There was a good positive correlation between SOD and α_1-AT in smokers with COPD(r = 0. 467, P<0 .01 ),but a significant negative correlaion between LPO ang α_1 -AT(r = -0 .471, P<0.01 ). Conclusion:COPD have chronic inflammation, the increase of oxidation and decrease of antioxidation activity of α_1-AT and unbalance of protease and antiprotease might play an important role in smoking-induced diseases.
