宫内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法对子宫腺肌病患者60例,于月经期的第5～7天宫内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统,行自身前后对照。结果治疗后90%以上的患者疼痛明显减轻,月经量明显较少,且病灶范围在40 mm以下的半年内消失3例,病灶范围在40 mm以上的半年内减小2例。结论宫内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病安全有效,是一种较好的保守治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of LNG-IUS on adenomyosis.Methods Sixty adenomyosis patients were placed LNG-IUS into uterus from the fifth to the seventh day of the menstrual period compared post-with pre-treatment themselves.Results More than 90% patients with lighter ache and less menstrual blood volume obviously,furthermore,three patients had been cured,whose focus was in the scope of 40 mm,the focus had been grown down within half a year in two patients.Conclusion Place LNG-IUS into the uterus on adenomyosis is safe and effective,and it is a better conservative treatment method.
