BiPAP呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价双水平正压通气(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的价值。方法 98例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者经常规治疗无效,给予BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗。结果用BIPAP呼吸机治疗后,pH值纠正,PaO2明显升高,PaCO2明显降低,减轻呼吸肌疲劳,呼吸频率和心率相应减慢,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP呼吸机是治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的一种较好的无创通气模式。Objective To evaluate the application value of bilevelpositive airway pressure（BiPAP） ventilator for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）with Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods BiPAP ventilator treatment was performed on 98 patients of COPD with Ⅱ respiratory failure who had no effects by conventional therapy.Results After BiPAP ventilator treatment,the results showed that the pH,PaCO2 and PaO2 were significantly improved,respiratory muscle fatigue was relieved,heat rate and respiratory frequency were reduced.Compared with before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion BiPAP ventilation is a good noninvasive ventilation modes for COPD with Ⅱ respiratory failure.
