摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,预后差。肿瘤血管生成与肿瘤的发生和转移密切相关。研究肿瘤血流灌注在胰腺癌的诊断和治疗策略方面具有重要价值。本文主要介绍CT灌注成像在胰腺癌诊断和治疗领域的研究进展。Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor with a poor prognosis.Tumor angiogenesis plays an important role in tumor growth and metastasis.Therefore,the estimation of perfusion in pancreatic cancer is useful for both diagnosis and selection of the therapeutic strategy.Here the development of CT perfusion imaging on the diagnosis and therapy of pancreatic cancer is reviewed.
