摘　　要：科研工作在军队医院发展中起着至关重要的作用,科研管理工作质量的好坏,直接影响着其整体科研水平。目前许多机构在科研管理上还存在制度不健全、项目检查力度不够、科研管理人员素质不够高等问题。因此应该在加强科研档案管理与档案信息服务在军队医院科研管理中的作用,从而推动科研工作健康有序地发展。Scientific research work in the military hospital plays a vital role in the development,research and management of the quality of work is good or bad,a direct impact on their overall level of scientific research.At present,many institutions are still in research management system is not perfect,the project and inspection is not enough,not enough high quality research and management issues.Should therefore be to strengthen research and file management and archive information service in the military hospital in the role of scientific research management,thus promoting the healthy and orderly development of scientific research work.
