摘　　要：创新的过程从其本质上也就是知识创新的一种形态。医学科研管理是对医学科研资源进行有效整合以达到系统既定目标的动态创造性活动。医学科研管理创新是用更有效的方法来整合医学科研系统;更有效地达到医学科研系统的目标。增强创新意识,是提高医学科研管理水平的重要条件。The innovation process by its very nature has become a form of knowledge innovation.Medical research management is the effective integration of medical research resources to achieve established goals and responsibilities of the system dynamics of creative activity.Medical research management innovation is a more effective way to integrate medical research system;to better achieve the goal of medical research system,and responsibilities.Enhance creativity,as medical research to improve management of important conditions.
