应用外固定架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨外固定架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法:应用超腕关节外固定架治疗27例不稳定性桡骨远端骨折,AO分型:B型8例、C型19例。结果:27例骨折均愈合,愈合时间平均为5.5周。评价骨折复位情况及术后1年关节疼痛程度、关节畸形、关节活动度和创伤性关节炎分期,总体优良率为92.6%。结论:外固定架方法简单、损伤小、复位固定可靠,可缩短骨折愈合时间,有效降低术后关节疼痛、畸形、活动受限和创伤性关节炎的发生率,是治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的理想方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of external fixator in treatment of unstable distal radial fracture.Methods：27 cases of unstable distal radial fractures were treated with ultra wrist external fixator,Type AO： 8 cases in Type B,19 cases in Type C.Result：All the fractures were healed successfully,with the average healing time of 5.5 weeks.Evaluation of fracture reposition and joint pain,joint deformities,joint activity,traumatic arthritis stage after operation of 1 year,the overall good-excellent rate was 92.6%.Conclusion：This method is simple,it causes less damage and makes reduction and fixation reliable,it may shorten the healing time and decrease postoperative pain,deformity,limitation of activity and the incidence of traumatic arthritis,it＇s an ideal method in treatment of unstable fractures of distal radius.
