摘 要:目的:探讨体育专业与非体育专业大学生在不同运动状态下血尿素(BU)代谢的变化特征。方法:应用跑台提供运动负荷,分别对60名受试者进行了安静状态、极量负荷运动后及运动24 h后血尿素含量的测定。结果:在安静状态下、在极量运动后及运动后24 h体育专业组血尿素水平与非体育专业组比较都具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:体育专业与非体育专业大学生血尿素代谢水平存在明显差别,体育锻炼可提高人体的血尿素代谢能力,获得良好的健康效应。Objective:To discuss changes of blood urea between PE speciality undergraduates and other speciality undergraduates under the state of different exercises.Methods:With help of treadmill controlling load,the BU of 60 testers were detected at rest and maximun load respectively and about 24 hours after sport.Results:The differences of blood urea level appeared in the two groups were statistically significant under the three conditions(P0.01).Conclusion:The difference between the two groups was significant.The metablism of BU can be improved by scientific training,which is good for people's health.
