摘 要:为研究两柱掩护式综放支架对放顶煤工作面生产条件的适应性,采用现场实测方法分析了支架工作阻力的循环变化规律、工作面端面顶板的控制效果以及支架的工艺性能.结果表明:与四柱式支架相比,两柱掩护式支架工作阻力的循环以增阻为主,支撑效率大幅提高.通过平衡千斤顶的推力作用,可以保持支架位态的稳定,提供更高的工作阻力和水平初撑力,得了比四柱式支架更好的端面控顶效果.两柱式支架的控制结构简单,后部放煤空间大,提高了移架速度和放煤速度,为进一步提高工作面的生产效率创造了条件.In order to research the adaptability of two-leg sublevel caving shield support to production condition of fully mechanized top coal caving working face,the cyclic variation laws of support working resistance,control effects on the roof in tip-to-face area,and technologic property of supports were analyzed by field observation.The result shows that,compared with a four-leg sublevel caving chock-shield support,the working resistance of two-leg sublevel caving shield support kept increasing mainly in a working cyclic process,and the support efficiency enhanced.The stability of support state was kept and a larger working resistance and horizontal resistance were provided under the thrust of the equilibrium jack,achieving better controlling effect in tip-to-face area.The structure of two-leg sublevel caving shield support is simpler and the top coal caving space larger,which can speed up the advance rate of support moving and top coal caving.These provide some conditions to increase the production efficiency of fully mechanized sublevel caving working face.
