摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了LiCoPO4,并对LiCoPO4进行了掺碳改性研究。实验结果表明:n(Li)∶n(Co)=1.5∶16,50℃下煅烧8 h所得样品性能最佳。在0.1C倍率下,样品的首次充电比容量为135.17 mAh.g-1,首次放电比容量是113.9 mAh.g-1,其电化学性能较好。合成掺碳15%的LiCoPO4/C复合材料,在0.1C条件下放电比容量达到121.2 mAh.g-1,相比纯相LiCoPO4 113.9 mAh.g-1有很大提高。在1C倍率下复合材料的放电比容量是103.5 mAh.g-1,相比纯相85.4 mAh.g-1提高很多,20次循环后复合材料还保持有62.3 mAh.g-1的放电比容量。碳掺杂不仅提高了材料的电导率,还提高了材料的电化学性能。The paper introduced that LiCoPO4 was produced by sol-gel method and the modification of doping Carbon.The results show that the molar ratio of n(Li):n(Co) was 1.5:1,roasted at 650 ℃ for 8 h,under 0.1C rate,the first charge capacity is 135.17 mAh·g^-1,and the first discharge capacity of the cathode is 113.9 mAh·g^-1.The composite materials LiCoPO4/C of doping with nonmetal(carbon 15%) was synthesized by sol-gel method,Under 0.1C,the discharge of LiCoPO4/C up to 121.2 mAh·g^-1,and the pure LiCoPO4 first discharge is 113.9 mAh·g^-1;Under 1C rate,discharge capacity is 103.5 mAh·g^-1,the pure LiCoPO4 first discharge is 85.4 mAh·g^-1.the charge-discharge properties has greatly improved,After charged/discharged at 0.1C rate for 20 cycles,the discharge capacity was 62.3 mAh·g^-1.The results show that carbon can improve the conductivity of the material,thereby enhancing the electrochemical properties of the material.
