摘 要:湿空气透平(HAT)循环被誉为21世纪最有竞争力的先进动力循环,HAT循环的核心部件饱和器采用了填料塔的结构形式,为了提高整塔的性能,改进并设计了双切环流气体分布器。目前,双切环流气体分布器设计依然主要依靠经验进行设计,而实验的方法依然是分布器性能最可靠的研究方法。文中利用直径800 mm的饱和器实验台,对改进后的双切环流分布器的性能进行了实验研究,并对分布器上方加填料后的分布性能进行了分析。从分析结果来看,在导流叶片弧形段前端增加直叶片段,可以改善气流在进气方向流量分配不均的问题。另外填料段对气流有一定的均化作用,在分布器结构设计时可以综合考虑。Humid air turbine(HAT) cycle is one of the most competitive thermodynamic cycles in 21st century.Saturator as key part of the HAT cycle was constituted by a pressurized packed tower with random packing.In order to improve the performance of the whole tower,the twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor was improved and designed.Currently,the design of twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor mainly depends on the experiences.The experimental method is still the most reliable research method.Based on the experimental platform of the saturator with the diameter of 800 mm,the experimental study on the performance of improved twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor was carried out,and the influence of the packing layer on the distribution performance was analyzed.The experiment shows that straight section added to the front-end of the arc segment in vanes can improve the flow distribution in the inlet direction.In addition,random packing has certain homogenization effect on the gas distribution,which can be considered comprehensively in the design.
