摘 要:用超细滑石粉模拟工业微米级粉尘,通过实验研究了超重力旋转床的除尘特性。考察了旋转床在不同的气量qG、液量qL、转速n和轴向放置平面丝网层数nm下的除尘效果,确定了实验室规模下适宜的除尘工艺条件:qG=600 m3/h,qL>0.6 m3/h,N=1 400 r/min,nm=3时,除尘总效率均大于97%;qG=800 m3/h,qL=1.0 m3/h,N=1 400 r/min,nm=3时,设备的总体压降不超过490 Pa。研究结果表明,超重力旋转床体现了高效除尘和低阻性能,具有较好的经济开发价值。Through the simulation of the industrial dust with ultra fine micron level powder,the dust removal capability of high gravity rotating packed bed was studied in the experiment.The dust removal effect was investigated under different gas flow qG,liquid flow qL,rotating speed n and the number of axial plane mesh nm.The experimental results indicate that the appropriate operational conditions are as follows: qG= 600 m3/h,qL﹥0.6 m3/h,N=1 400 r/min,and nm=3,total efficiency is all above 97%;qG = 800 m3/h,qL= 1.0 m3/h,N=1400 r/min,and nm =3,the total pressure drop of the equipment is below 490 Pa.The result shows that high gravity rotating packed bed is of the characteristics of high removal dust efficiency and low resistance,so it has high value to be developed.
