摘  要:通过介绍特种燃磷塔自然水循环系统的结构和原理,阐述了水循环安全校核计算的目的,即得出上升管的循环倍率以及各部分的阻力分布,以校验蒸发受热面的安全可靠性和系统布置的合理性,并根据计算原理和公式进行了实例计算。然后分析了循环倍率的影响因素,得出汽水混合物在上升管中的流型必须为弹状流。提出阻力均衡原理,并计算得出最合理的导汽管直径和数量。最后总结出一些特种燃磷塔自然水循环优化的关键数据,对厂家进行的优化研究有参考作用。Through the introduction of the structure and principle of special phosphorus furnace natural water cycle system,the purpose of water cycle safety check calculation was expounded,that is,to get the circulation rate of rising tube and the resistance distribution in each part so as to check the safety of evaporation surface and the rationality of system arrangement,and the example of calculation was completed according to the calculation principle and formula.Through the analysis of the influence factors of circulation rate,it concludes that the flow type of the mixture in rising tube must be slug flow.The principle of balanced resistance was put forward,and the optimal steam pipe diameter and quantity were got by calculation.Several key data in optimization of the special phosphorus furnace water cycle system was summarized,which is useful for the manufacturer′s study of optimization.
