摘  要:目的研究白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)对6种常见皮肤癣菌的体外抗真菌活性,为临床应用和新药研究提供依据。方法根据临床实验室标准化委员会(CLSI)的产孢丝状真菌药物敏感试验方案(M38-A),采用微量稀释法测定RES对常见皮肤癣菌的抑菌情况及最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 RES对羊毛状小孢子菌、红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌、絮状表皮癣菌的MIC90分别是0.128 g/L、0.032 g/L、0.064 g/L、0.256 g/L和0.128g/L。结论 RES对上述常见5种皮肤癣菌有较强的抑菌效果。Objective To evaluate the anti-dermatophytes activity of Resveratrol(RES) in vitro against six common dermatophytes to provide evidence for clinical application and new drug development. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of RES were determined by micro-dilution method according to the M38-A of CLSI. Results The antibacterial efficiency of RES was good,and the MIC90 against Microsporum lanosum,Trichophyton rubrum,Trichophyton gypseum,Microsporum gypseum,Epidermophyton floccosum were 0.128,0.032,0.064,0.256 and 0.128 mg/ml respectively. Conclusion RES has strong anti-dermatophytes activity against Microsporum lanosum,Tirchophyton rubrum,Trichophyton gypseum,Microsporum gypseum and Epidermophyton floccosum.
