正常国人眼外肌的CT研究

摘　　要：目的　对正常国人眼外肌进行ＣＴ测量，建立正常值。方法　正常成人１２０ 例，同时行横断面和冠状面ＣＴ扫描，对眼外肌进行观察和测量。结果　正常国人两侧眼外肌比较对称，且粗细有一定的排列规律，内直肌水平径平均值为４－０ ｍｍ ，正常值范围为３－０ ～５－０ ｍｍ ；外直肌水平径平均值为３－４ ｍｍ ，正常值范围为２－２ ～４－６ ｍｍ ；上直肌垂直径平均值为３－６ ｍｍ ，正常值范围为２－４ ～４－８ ｍｍ ；下直肌垂直径平均值为４－２ ｍｍ ，正常值范围为３－０ ～５－４ ｍｍ 。结论　眼外肌ＣＴ检查应同时进行横断面和冠状面扫描，判断眼外肌有无增粗应在冠状面进行测量，也可以利用双侧眼外肌对称性和眼外肌粗细规律来判断。Objective To establish the normal range by measuring extraocular muscles of normal Chinese adults using CT Methods The diameters of extraocular muscles were measured in 120 normal Chinese adults on axial as well as coronal CT images Results The extraocular muscles of normal Chinese were symmetrical on the two sides,and following a certain rule The mean value of horizontal diameter of inner rectus was 4 0 mm (normal range: 3 0-5 0 mm); that of lateral rectus was 3 4 mm (normal range: 2 2-4 6 mm); the vertical diameter of superior rectus was 3 6 mm (normal range: 2 4-4 8 mm); and 4 3 mm for inferior rectus (normal range: 3 0-5 4 mm) Conclusion Measurements of extraocular muscles using CT shoud be done on axial and direct coronal CT scan simultaneously Enlargement can be assessed on coronal scan as well as by observing the symmetry on the two sides and the usual rule of extraocular muscles
