摘 要:目的比较不同地区的益母草的水苏碱含量。方法选取北京、辽宁、山东及河南4地的益母草采用高效液相色谱法进行测定水苏碱含量,根据其不同部位的含量进行统计及比较。结果经比较发现,北京所产益母草品水苏碱含量最高,其次为辽宁、山东及河南,而其中以叶子中的含量最高,茎最低,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论益母草以北京、辽宁等地质量最佳,而叶子水苏碱含量最高,购买时应引起注意。Objective To compare the content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus at different areas.Methods The content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus at Beijing,Liaoning,Shandong and Henan were detected with high performance liquid chromatography,and the content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus of different parts were analyzed and compared.Results According the results,content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus at Beijing was higher,secondly at Liaoning,Shandong and Henan,and content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus of leaves were highest,content of stachydrine in the stem was lowest,P〈0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The quality of leonurus japonicus at Beijing,Liaoning is better,and content of stachydrine in the leonurus japonicus of leaves is higher,should be paid attention for buying.
