摘　　要：从城市发展过程出发,结合大连市金州区三十里堡老城区控制性详细规划具体案例,阐述了老城区改造中的规划原则、设计理念、用地布局、交通组织、景观组织等内容,以期指导城市改造建设,重塑城市形象。Starting from the city development history, integrating with the controllable detailed planning case of Dalian city Jinzhou county Sanshilipu old city area, it expounds the planning principle, design concept, land-use layout, traffic organization, landscape and other content of the old city reconstruction, with a view to guide the city reconstruction, and to reshape the city image.
