胰激肽原酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价胰激肽原酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为胰激肽原酶加甲钴胺治疗组(治疗组)40例和甲钴胺治疗组(对照组)40例。结果对照组显效率22.5%,总有效率65%;观察组显效率40%,总有效率87.5%。2组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pancreatic kininogenase and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty cases of patients were divided into two groups.The control group（40 cases）was treated by methycobal.The treatment group（40 cases）was treated by pancreatic kininogenase and methycobal.Results The obvious effective rate of the control group was 22.5%.Total effective rate was 65%.The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was 40%,total effective rate wag 87.5%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase and methycobal are effective treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
